VIVALDI18 STUDIO coordinates different experience and capabilities around projects that can span several disciplines: a single direction, a single point of contact, and accountability for the path taken.
Projects and organisations do not follow the boundaries of individual disciplines.
An investment to be financed, a service to be built, a process to be put back in order, or an obligation to be met can touch very different aspects. Artificially separating each discipline fragments the work and leaves the client to put it back together.
VIVALDI18 STUDIO exists to keep a shared understanding and a single direction when different capabilities are needed: the skills follow the project, not the other way round.
Who is behind VIVALDI18 STUDIO
VIVALDI18 STUDIO is the professional practice founded and led by Paolo Berro: it is not a company nor an organisation with a declared internal team. There is a single direction, that of the Studio, which brings together different skills according to the project.

He is Vice President of Accessibility at AccessiWay, a company of the team.blue group, with responsibility for digital accessibility on an international scale.
Experience in large organisations
He has 21 years of experience at WindTre, with responsibility for disability and accessibility issues within a large organisation.
Technical education
He holds a double degree from the Politecnico di Torino, which underpins the technical reading of the projects the Studio takes on.
Journalism
He has been a registered journalist with the Order of Journalists of Veneto since 2023, with a practice of source verification and accessible communication.
Institutional recognition
Appointed Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic in 2006 and Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic on 18 December 2025, published in the Official Gazette on 2 April 2026.
Accessibility and institutions
He gave testimony to the Parliamentary Intergroup on Digital Accessibility on 29 January 2025, bringing the accessibility perspective to the attention of institutions.

VIVALDI18 STUDIO is a recent professional venture. We prefer to say so clearly, rather than build a longer history than the real one: on this site you will not find clients, cases or figures attributed to the Studio, because VIVALDI18 STUDIO's path is only just beginning.
The skills and experience on which the Studio is founded come from earlier professional paths, gained in other roles and contexts. These remain two distinct things: that experience explains how we work, it does not constitute assignments carried out by VIVALDI18 STUDIO nor results the Studio can claim as its own.

One direction, the professionals needed.
VIVALDI18 STUDIO is not a catalogue of professionals to be called up on demand, and not everything is necessarily carried out by a single person. When a project requires different specialisations, qualified professionals may be involved, with clear roles and responsibilities.
Only the skills that are actually relevant are involved: in many cases it is not needed, in others it is decisive. In every case, coordination and the relationship with the client remain with the Studio.
