VIVALDI18 STUDIO does not apply a predefined solution. We start from the context, the objective and the real conditions, and from there we build a path that is proportioned, understandable and verifiable.
The method in six steps
The method is stable, the path changes: each step prepares the next one, but not every project goes through them in the same way or with the same depth. When the evidence calls for it, direction changes.
Step 01
Listening
Before proposing anything, we understand objectives, context, the people involved, expectations and constraints. The situation needs to be understood as it actually is, not as it should be.
Before proposing, we listen.
Step 02
Analysis
We gather and interpret what is really needed — information, data, documents, processes, sources, any obligations — choosing tools and depth proportioned to the project.
Not every analysis requires the same tools.
Step 03
Priorities
Together, we distinguish what is important from what can wait or does not need to be addressed. Not everything that could be done needs to be done.
Identifying priorities also means deciding what is not needed.
Step 04
Design
We turn objectives and priorities into activities, responsibilities, timelines, resources and expected results, in a form that is understandable and verifiable.
Design must be proportioned to the problem.
Step 05
Implementation
We support delivery by coordinating what needs to work together — people, suppliers, expertise — without automatically taking on activities that are not the Studio's remit.
Supporting does not mean carrying out every part of the project.
Step 06
Verification
We check what has been delivered, what really works and what needs to be corrected, updated or overseen over time.
Verification concerns real operation, not formal delivery.
Confirming the initial idea is not the goal. Finding a sensible direction is.
A shared project, not remote consulting.
The Studio's areas of expertise work together with the people who know the organisation, the problem and the context: from listening through to verification.

Choices are discussed, explained and adapted when new elements emerge.

Three modes of collaboration
The shape of the collaboration depends on the real need. Even when different areas of expertise are needed, there is a single direction: the client does not have to coordinate disconnected consultants.
A useful clarification: VIVALDI18 Progetta is the name of the project-design area of expertise, while VIVALDI18 PROGETTO is a mode of collaboration, i.e. the form the engagement takes. These are two different things and can coexist.
