We do not forward everything we find indiscriminately. Scouting starts from knowing the entity, its objectives, the territories it operates in and the projects it would like to carry out: the selection is built from there.
At this stage we carry out an initial assessment of relevance and of the obvious requirements. It is not a definitive verification of eligibility: that comes later, when the entity shows interest in a Call and the possible application path is assessed.
We would rather not propose a Call to you than propose one that makes no sense for you.
That is why we do not state a minimum number of Calls, nor a minimum frequency of proposals: relevant opportunities may not exist at every point in time, and no selection can anticipate the outcome of an assessment.
VIVALDI18 HUB
VIVALDI18 HUB is the operational platform through which VIVALDI18 STUDIO connects the entity to the Calls proposed to it.

When a Call is of interest
Showing interest in a Call in HUB does not automatically generate a professional engagement. First, VIVALDI18 STUDIO checks whether the application is genuinely sensible and sustainable.

Project design and application
Work on the application starts only once the engagement has been agreed.
Sometimes the best work is to say no.
Being formally eligible does not mean an application is worthwhile or competitive. Timelines that are too tight, disproportionate co-funding, weak requirements or a project that is not yet mature enough can make it more useful to wait for another opportunity.
A reasoned NO-GO is part of the value of the consultancy: it protects the entity's time, resources and credibility, and leaves energy for when applying will genuinely make sense.
Scouting and project design are two different things
Project design and application
When the decision is made to apply, VIVALDI18 STUDIO can build with the entity the professional path needed. Depending on the Call, this can include:
- in-depth analysis of requirements
- building or strengthening the project
- structuring the activities
- budget
- documentation
- any partnerships
- filling in forms
- support with submission or filing
Not all of these activities are always included: they depend on the Call and the project. Project design is a separate professional engagement, defined through a dedicated proposal.
Getting funded is not necessarily the end of the work.
A funded project needs to be managed, documented and told. When the project requires it, VIVALDI18 STUDIO can assess further activities together with the entity:
- support with implementation
- monitoring
- reporting
- coordination
- communication and dissemination
- other VIVALDI18 STUDIO expertise relevant to the project
These activities are not automatically included: they are assessed case by case, and this is where the Studio's different areas of expertise can come together.
