The European Prize for Women Innovators 2027 rewards women entrepreneurs who turn innovation into positive impact. VIVALDI18 STUDIO offers free assistance with registration and the application procedure.

Not just an idea. An innovation that counts.

The prize recognises women founders or co-founders of innovative companies and organisations. The evaluation considers the novelty of the solution, the benefits for people or the planet, and the candidate's ability to inspire other women and girls.

It is a competitive prize, not an automatic grant to start any activity.

A friend, a colleague, a local entrepreneur: you can forward her this news or put us in touch with her agreement.

We will start from her story and her innovation. We will check the requirements together and, if she's interested and eligible, we will support her through the steps of the European portal.

The free assistance covers registration and the procedure. Fully drafting the application and producing the video are not automatically included: the scope of support is clarified in advance with the person concerned. No guarantee of admission or of winning a prize.

The prize categories

Women Innovators
Prizes of €100,000, €70,000 and €50,000.
The top prize in the Women Innovators category is €100,000.
Rising Innovators
Prizes of €50,000, €30,000 and €20,000.
Under-35 requirement at the start of the call year, as set out in the regulation.
EIT Women Leadership
Prizes of €50,000, €30,000 and €20,000.
A direct link with the EIT community is required.

Key requirements

The candidate:

applies as a natural person;
legally resides in the EU or in a country associated with Horizon Europe;
is a founder or co-founder of an eligible company or organisation;
meets the requirements of the chosen category.

The company or organisation must be established in an eligible territory and formed or registered before 1 January 2025. Self-employment alone is not eligible.

You may apply to only one category. Exclusions and full conditions remain those of the official regulation.

Frequently asked questions

Is registering on the portal enough?: No. You also need administrative data, an application description of up to 15 pages and a video of up to 90 seconds. The Participant Register and the PIC must refer to the candidate as a natural person, not to the company. Accounts and credentials remain under her control.
Can I refer another person?: Yes. Share this news with her, or, with her agreement, put us in touch. Before starting any registration or application, we will speak directly with the person concerned. Please don't send third parties' personal documents in your first message.
How can I ask for help?: Contact VIVALDI18 STUDIO with your name, the company and a few lines about the innovation. You don't need to have already prepared the full application for a first conversation.
